The SHINE® St. Petersburg Mural Festival returned for its fourth year showcasing colorful and inspiring public murals by a diverse group of artists from around the world. The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance proudly produced these 20 new murals by six international artists, five national, and 26 local artists, plus five Coast Bike designs, and 12 Corner Canvas murals.
