The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist position will perform a multitude of marketing functions related to the Marketing & Communications Department, and contribute to existing marketing functions while assisting with the development of new initiatives that align with the organization's goals. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; creating flyers, brochures, visual aids and additional promotional collateral; managing promotional event displays; composing/editing/proof-reading content and writing correspondence; and staying on top of industry trends while helping to strategize and implement marketing, branding and advertising plans. The position may also be asked to collaborate on special projects and assignments as needed. The position will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material in an environment where professionalism, competence, timeliness, communication skills and confidentiality are of paramount importance. The position will assist in accomplishing everything from mundane, simple tasks to providing significant support and value on key projects and programs within the organization. This may include analysis, research, data entry, report generation for various department requirements by performing the following duties personally.
